We are getting ready to start another year of scouting, which means that are annual planning picnic is coming up. The event will be held Sunday, August 27 from 11-2 in the Lower Commons Shelter, behind Sammamish City Hall.
We will be giving all of the scouts an opportunity to participate in planning the events for the troop in the next year.
The troop will supply burgers and buns, but we ask that everyone brings something from the area assigned to their patrol:- Doge: Side Dish
- Flaming Chameleons: Drinks
- Atomic Pandas: Desserts
- Legacy: Paper Goods (Plates, Cups, Napkins, forks, spoons)
- Older Scout Patrol: Condiments (Lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard)
Please add your name and information on the sign-up sheet for this picnic so Mrs. Rodriguez knows how many burgers to buy. You can also indicate there if you need a vegetarian option for lunch (veggie burgers). The sign-up sheet is on the Shutterfly site under the "Sign-up" tab.
