2022 Christmas Tree Pickup

On the 8th of January, X scouts and Y parents came out very early to help out in Troop 677's Winter fundraiser. In total the troop raised about $3000 dollars. Thank you to everyone who came out to join us and all the volunteers who took a day off to help dispose of the trees!

Troop's Fort Ebey Visit

On the 30th of October fourth of 2021, members of our troop visited Fort Ebey up on Whidbey Island. We had lots of fun playing capture the flag and cooking, our group campsite was isolated from others so it was quiet, save for the occasional hikers. We hope to be able to go back there some time soon.

Here are the events in planning:
Mountaineers lodge

Also, a couple of scouts will be doing speeches on some new camps we might want to try out, next summer. Here is the information:

Finally, here are some community service places that the scouts decided we should look into:
Church: We can help out at a church (just as the name suggests).
WTA: We help out with maintaining and fixing trails.
Evergreen Mountain Biking: Basically WTA except for mountain biking trails
Friends of youth: They help young people in challenging situations get back on track
Issaquah food bank: We can help out by gathering food for the food bank
Birthday dream: They help homeless children feel good by giving them the joy of a birthday party.
Thank you everyone!
Alex
